I am a award winning chef and have won over 50 cooking competitions. I am a world champion bbq master as well as 2008 healthy living chef of the year. I specialize in all types of cooking and have mastered gluten free and dietary restrictive diets. I love to have fun and can interact with the crowd while putting on a show or stay in the back and let the food speak for itself. What i do is take pride and honor in my work. Food is something to be a focal point of the event . I specialize in food and wine pairing dinners as i have done over 50 dinners for wineries throughout the west coast. I can cook the whole time for you ,or special events,and we also cater up to 300 people. My wife is a chef from Thailand and can dazzle your mouth with asian delicacies like you have never seen .

Chef Joshua made an incredible meal and was professional engaging and fun! We had family members with very specific dietary restrictions (a diabetic, autoimmune protocol, dairy and gluten free) and he was able to work with each of them - even at the last minute! His dishes were inventive and used locally sourced ingredients of the highest quality. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the experience of having him prepare the meal in our vacation home. For sure when we are back in Maui we will connect with him for another wonderful dining experience!! Mahalo.
