Over 30 years of culinary experience, and have trained with world renowned chefs. Personal Chef in central Oregon for 15 years.
I am a professional personal chef with 30 years of industry experience and 15 years operating a personal chef service. I grew up in South Carolina and was surrounded by wonderful southern cooks. I started at my first restaurant when I was 15 years old. Attended Culinary School at Johnson and Wales University in Denver from 2005-2007 and graduated with an associates degree in culinary arts.
I studied with celebrity chef Rick Moonen at his once vibrant Las Vegas restaurant RM Seafood in Mandalay Bay.
After moving to Oregon I started a personal chef service in Central Oregon. We specialize in fine dining events in your home, ranch, vacation property and backcountry events.
