I started cooking when I was 14 to get thru high school and supply myself with the necessary things to compete in track and field. Where I held 3 jobs and went to high school. From there I moved into my first restaurant simply crepes. 2 months into work I had fallen in love with the saute line and the rest was history. I began to travel the east coast for the next 10-15 years of my career learning and obtaining new skills from various chefs. Let me bring my culinary talents to you and yours.
