I am a professionally trained Chef in culinary arts with baking and pastry arts from The Chef’s Academy at Harrison College, with 12 years of experience in fine dining cooking in restaurants and for prestigious catering companies like Hoagland Fine Catering and Crystal Catering. Catering private jets for pilots and passengers, weddings, corporate events, trade shows and in home dining.

Chef Jowan was great! It was our first personal chef experience and he excelled any expectations! We will be forever dreaming of his flourless chocolate cake! My husband has celiac and he 100% catered to to our needs. We would definitely recommend him and look forward to working with him again!

I booked Chef Jawon for my husband’s birthday, and we had such a great experience! This was my first time hiring a private chef, and it turned out to be the perfect way to celebrate. My husband loves a good home-cooked meal and enjoys being able to see how everything is prepared, while I’m definitely more of a “let’s go to a restaurant” person because I cook enough already! ???? Having Chef Jawon come to our home gave us the best of both worlds. Chef Jawon was extremely personable, professional, and easy to talk to throughout the evening. He made the experience feel comfortable and relaxed, and most importantly, the food was delicious! Everything turned out great, and my husband really enjoyed his birthday dinner.
