I'm a restaurant, catering, and fair Chef, been working 6 years in making food to all kind of people in California, from BQQ food to daily and traditional meals. Placing 2nd in the 2nd International BQQ Roaster Tournament in Uruguay. From a Cuisine Chefs Family in Brazil I've decided to bring warmth, joy and the spotlight to my country's traditional food.
