Get to know me better

I have a strong passion for cooking, fresh ingredients, and art overall. As painter and illustrator I apply the attention to detail in my food.

I am a professional chef with more than 10 years in the industry. Not being able to attend culinary school, I was blessed with the opportunity to attend a vocational program through the City Of White Plains NY, where I obtained basic skills & knowledge. I successfully completed the program and earned an internship at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Upon completion i started my journey, sharpening my craft under the wing of multiple Michelin starred chefs in NYC.
