Get to know me better

I’m a chef coming from San Francisco California with a focus on elevating healthy food.

I recently moved from California last year and bring with me extensive experience from some of the most respected kitchens in the industry. I have worked at the world-renowned three Michelin-starred restaurant Manresa, as well as several one Michelin-starred restaurants throughout California, where I refined my technique, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.

My culinary style is best described as California Coastal Cuisine with an Asian flair, highlighting fresh, seasonal ingredients, clean flavors, and thoughtful balance. I focus on creating dishes that are vibrant, nourishing, and satisfying, without sacrificing depth or creativity.

Currently, I work as a private chef throughout NYC and am always excited to connect with new clients. If you’re looking for a healthier way of eating that is anything but bland, I would love to cook for you.
