I booked Karl for a private valentines dinner for my boss & his family. They had a great time! Karl was able to accommodate for allergies, customize dishes, & teach the kids all about making crepes. The whole family enjoyed their time with Karl & of course the delicious food. Will definitely be using him in the future! Thanks, Karl!!

It was a great experience. It was a surprise for my wife's birthday and chef Karl texted me (like I asked) to help create the perfect surprise for when my wife answered the door. He did a great job talking to us about they food, and letting us ask all the questions we wanted about his journey to becoming a chef. He did an amazing job going back and forth between heavy and light food. He also made an entire gluten free menu for me. I am already looking into booking him for other events.
