A private chef specializing in Asian cuisine with a refined French twist, shaped by Michelin-star experience and classical culinary training.

I began cooking at the age of 14 in central Vietnam, a passion nurtured through family gatherings and celebrations. I deepened my connection to Vietnamese cuisine while living in Southern California's Little Saigon. After relocating to New York, I attended the Institute of Culinary Education. My professional journey includes positions at Boulud Sud, Cafe Boulud, and currently, as Chef de Partie at the two Michelin-starred Jean-Georges. I'm known for bold flavors, precision, and dedication to personalizing each culinary experience. I draw inspiration from both my heritage and fine dining background.
