I’ve been in the kitchen since my teenage years—starting at places like Cafe Nordstrom and rising to the Capitol Grille in Hartford. My culinary roots run deep, blending the soulful flavors of my Georgia upbringing with the vibrant cultural influences I absorbed growing up in Hartford. From Puerto Rican to Haitian, Jamaican to Southern comfort, I’ve had the privilege of learning from a rich tapestry of traditions.
As the oldest of four, leadership has always been second nature. I go the extra mile not just in the kitchen, but in every interaction—because for me, cooking is about service, connection, and showing up with heart. Whether I’m plating a dish or planning an event, I’m here to serve with excellence and soul.
