I'm a professional Chef with over 20 years of experience. I have worked in traditional restaurant settings as well as resort kitchens. In addition, I taught culinary full time to Highschool students as a culinary teacher. Following that I taught as a full-time chef instructor at the local college. As for many of us Covid has shifted my focus and I now work in the private field. I am enjoying this immensely as it allows me to be creative and custom tailor food to my client's desires and preferences.

Kerstin created a fantastic meal that was catered to our needs. Our party had multiple dietary restrictions, and she was able to accommodate that without compromising the number or quality of dishes. She was detail-oriented in the presentation, description of the food, use of locally sourced ingredients, and cleanup our kitchen. The dishes were delicious and inspired in their flavors. We will certainly call her again when we return to Kona.

From the moment we walked in, the table was absolutely stunning — a beautiful tablescape with fresh flowers, lights, and elegant chargers that instantly set the tone for a special celebration. The food was incredible, both in flavor and presentation. Every dish felt thoughtful, elevated, and prepared with so much care. You could truly feel the effort and heart she put into every detail. Chef Kirsten worked so hard to make our day special, and it showed in every aspect of the experience. It was not just a meal, but a memorable holiday celebration we’ll always cherish. Chef Kerstin Pfeiffer was amazing! Great communication for the menu, prompt, well prepared, and the food was amazing with plenty of it. She took care of everything with prep, table, food, and cleanup. Her presentation was outstanding as was how she picked local, seasonal ingredients to really give us a local flair.
