Passionate, attentive to diets and allergies. I love fusion in cuisines I’m very excited to create delirious meals for you!

I am a profession chef with 8 years in the business. I’m graduated at the top 10% of my class from the world premier culinary school, The Culinary Institute of America. Such an education really created a deep love and respect for the food I make and serve. After graduating up jumped feet first into the field learning everything I could in to Chicago restaurants. In 2022 I was apart of the original culinary team to open Nostalgia Bar and grill. Pushing out innovative and reminiscent dishes/ cocktails every night.
