With over 20 years of experience , a diploma of culinary arts and management from institute Paul Bocuse ,Lyon,France (3 years program) and one year under chef Daniel Boloud ,

I’ve been cooking mostly French cuisine over my career but also Mediterenean, Spanish, Italian, kosher , middle eastern, pan Latin, Asian and more.

I’m baking breads and doing desserts as well.

I’m also a certified sommelier.

I’m fluent in English,Spanish,French and Hebrew.
