I am a professional licensed Chef and F&B Manager with experience in Michelin-starred kitchens, luxury yachts and hotels. I specialize in private dining experiences, creating fully customized menus that accommodate dietary preferences, allergies, and any cuisine style and i do travel the world non stop offering such services.

From concept to plate, I handle every detail: menu design, ingredient sourcing, preparation, and presentation to ensure a seamless, refined, and memorable dining experience. My approach combines culinary expertise with creativity, delivering bespoke fine dining tailored to each guest and occasion.

Chef Kostas was both great to work with and gave us a beautiful night. He was very communicative before the event, helpful, and flexible to our preferences. He arrived on time, prepared and ready to get started. He is a very nice person and pleasurable to talk to. But how was the food? It was unanimous. Every guest LOVED the food. We tried to pick out or favorite dish but it was impossible. The apps, soup, fish, lamb, and desert were all equally favorites for everyone. I highly recommend Chef Kostas and look forward to hiring him again.

Chef Kostas was fantastic to work with and his food was amazing. We so appreciated how flexible he was in planning and was great at communicating. He was quick to respond to messages and hop on the phone if there was something we needed to talk through. On top of all that, he was so friendly and nice in person. The food was excellent and made the perfect ending to a moms weekend away from the kiddos! Thanks Kostas!

His main concern was our satisfaction in everything. Kostas was amazing. He is polite, attentive and thorough. His food extraordinary. He checked with us along the way. We are definitely doing this again. Everything was cleaned to perfection. The kitchen was spotless. You could not tell anyone had been in there. Were it not for our satiated stomach, we would think it was all a dream.

Chef Kostas was excellent in his communication and willingness to accommodate my requests. He made us cocktails to start the evening, which comlimented the meal perfectly. He created a memorable and enjoyable evening with fantasic service. I will definately book him again when I am next in San Francisco.

We had the absolute pleasure of dining with this incredible chef whose skills truly brought the flavors of Greece to life. The moussaka was nothing short of perfection—rich and layered with authentic, fresh ingredients that melted together beautifully. Every starter was a delightful journey through the Mediterranean, bursting with traditional flavors and made from the finest authentic Greek ingredients. It’s clear the chef pours passion and expertise into every dish, creating an unforgettable dining experience. He was also very attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. If you’re looking for genuine Greek cuisine done to perfection, this chef is simply the best!
