I am a classically trained chef, with 15 years of experience. My training with Le Cordon Bleu and The Ritz Carlton established a firm grasp of the classics and the fundamentals of cuisine. My work as an educator, a gastropub executive chef, a private chef, and now as the owner of my own pop up supper club gave me the ability to use those fundamentals as the backbone of my own brand of creative and exciting food.
