Chef Lacey Borrero

With over 17 years of experience, I, Chef Lacey, am a local to Delaware. Raised in a household where food was the heart of our home, I specialize in Puerto Rican, American Comfort, Brunch, and Grazing Tables. I particularly enjoy curating small intimate events such as Bachelorette parties, Bachelor gatherings, Proposals, Engagements, Showers, and family gatherings, although my expertise is not limited to these occasions. My ultimate goal is to revive the tradition of family dinner time around the table.

Upon completing my studies in the HRIM program at the University of Delaware, I embarked on my culinary journey. I began my career at the renowned Hotel Hershey on the culinary banquet team before moving on to the Exclusive Palm Beach Country Club, where I worked on the Garde Manger team. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various kitchens across the US, honing my skills and shaping my unique culinary style.

In August 2019, I established LBCreations, where I have cultivated a distinctive style and brand. LBCreations offers clients an experience that feels like dining with family every time.
