I focus on providing quality and mindful cooking. Specializing in Modern Pennsylvania Dutch cuisine.
With over 13 years of culinary experience, I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (Class of 2017) and have trained under three Certified Master Chefs. For the past eight years, I have worked in New York City’s Michelin-starred and fine dining scene, refining my technique and developing a deep respect for precision, creativity, and excellence.
Today, I bring this expertise directly to your table, creating memorable in-home dining experiences tailored to your preferences.
While I have extensive knowledge of global cuisines, my true specialty is what I call Modern Pennsylvania Dutch cuisine. Inspired by my childhood in the mountains and cornfields of southern Pennsylvania, this style blends the simplicity of regional traditions with the sophistication and modern techniques I developed in New York City. The result is a unique, nostalgic, and elevated culinary experience you won’t find anywhere else.
