I'm Chef Lee, and we would love to bring delicious memories to your kitchen!
I have been cooking for over 20 years and love when food can bring people together.
I did my first wedding cake in the 8th grade which fueled me into Culinary school after highschool, in my persuit to further my skills, I attended Le Cordon Bleu in seattle.
I was born in New York and raised in Northern Idaho by 2 adventure bound parents who gave me the travel bug to work in a variety of locations and styles of service. After 10 seasons in the Alaskan wilderness at remote upscale lodges I chose to settle down in Austin, Texas!
I enjoy the personal chef style experience of in home private dinners where you can personalize your menu as little or much as you prefer.
Meal prep is also key to a successful week, and I find helping people with meal prep is very fulfilling.
