My Culinary journey began working in casual dining establishments, as a line cook, sous chef, and eventually head chef.
I then took those experiences with me to culinary school, graduating from Le Cordon Blue. I now create intimate experiences using food artistry, coupled with industry experience, servitude, and technical know how: recreating restaurant style experiences in the comfort of your own home.
