I have been cooking for 37 years and have my own soul food catering. I have won $2500 for barbeque ribs served to a former US President.
I am a professional chef that lets my food speaks for itself. I am up for any food challenge. I started in the kitchen in the kitchen on a step stool. I was mom's prep person. I worked and did banquets for CBS TV in the 1990s. I won food challenges by one of the former US President. Soul food is cooking from the heart and then the soul. (smile).
