I am a passionate chef with 18 years in the culinary industry. I graduated from Louisiana Culinary Institute in 2013 with an Associates in Advanced Culinary Arts. I am a native of Baton Rouge, La and I love cooking the food of my roots. However, I specialize in Healthy, clean eating. I enjoy recreating the foods we love, such as succulent Cajun dishes, and turning them into a healthy dish and still taste how you remember it.
