Born and raised in Italy, cooking is in my blood.
I didn't study in any fancy school but I have been passionate about cooking since I was a kid, when I was cooking Lasagne with my Mom and Grandma for the many holidays we have in Italy. I don't know how to make molecular cuisine but nobody will cook authentic italian comfort food better than me, especially dishes from my region: Emilia Romagna. Which incidentally has been nominated multiple times as the place with the best food in the world.
