Hi, I'm Luigi! I’m a professional chef from Puglia, Italy. I started cooking as a child alongside my mom, who taught me how to make fresh pasta and classic Southern Italian dishes. Later, I refined those early lessons at culinary school in Foggia.
My career began in beachside resorts in Italy and continued through five-star hotels in Milan and Zurich. For the past 12 years, I’ve been cooking in New York City, working in everything from casual spots to fine-dining restaurants.
Whether it’s an intimate dinner or a large celebration, I can create a custom menu that fits any occasion—always inspired by the flavors and traditions of my Italian roots.
