I am a professional chef with 10+ years in the culinary field. I've successfully ran my own catering company, worked in prestigious 5 star platinum clubs, fine dining and taught culinary school. I have won many cooking cooking competitions nation-wide and have medaled internationally. As a previous culinary instructor, I feel comfortable cooking cuisine from all over the globe and using different techniques and unique ingredients. Nothing is out of my cooking realm, and I love a challenge. I enjoy creating menus and hearing feedback from clients.

I had the pleasure of dining with Take a Chef where Chef Maddie showcased her culinary expertise, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The diverse menu featured a range of delectable dishes, including fish, stuffed Italian chicken, steak, and pork, each prepared with meticulous attention to detail.
