Chef Magdalis G

We had Chef Magdalis at our home for a birthday celebration and had such a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely phenomenal—every dish was crafted with so much care and passion. We had a fully vegetarian menu and Chef’s menu choices showed her creativity and expertise. There was incredible flavor and phenomenal execution of this upscale food experience at home. Chef’s eye for design and care for all of the details, including decor, made a creative person like myself overjoyed. Everything was beautiful and selected with care. I didn’t have to do a thing! It was all taken care of with this experience. All of the dishes were my favorite, but the empanadas with chimichurri and mofongo with pineapple chipotle tofu made us nostalgic and overjoyed. We’ve not had Latin food anywhere near this good since we were in South America over six years ago for our honeymoon. Made me teary-eyed in the best way. That’s the experience Chef lovingly brings to the table (both figuratively and literally!) Oh my goodness and I didn’t even talk about the cake! The cake was next-level and I couldn’t stop giggling with joy as I ate it. The whole evening felt special and memorable thanks to the Chef’s talent and professionalism. This was truly a night we won’t ever forget. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have an incredibly talented Chef make your next event wow your guests. We’re already talking about next time!

She was fantastic. The food amazing, very attentive, awesome cleanup. a repeat for sure
