Professional and creative classically trained chef

I am a professional chef with 12 years of experience. After culinary school I trained with chef Daniel Boulud in NYC both as a chef and as a Maitre d hotel. Since then I have ran multiple restaurants and kitchens in both nyc, and Seattle. I love cooking all types of cuisines and even venturing into things I maybe haven’t done before. I love learning and creating. I typically create custom menus for each client, based on their specific likes, and preferences.
