I'm been cooking about 10 years now. I'm from Venezuela, I used to had a restaurant there and when I moved here I start working in a restaurant of a golf and sport club at Las Colinas. I worked there for 3 years leaving that kitchen as a sous chef apprentice. Decided to give other path to my culinary career with more freedom for me and that allows me spend more time with my family
