Chef Marianne Forrest

My background includes owning and operating good restaurants in my beloved Montana which gave me an excellent head for the business as well as the customer service components in feeding people. We focused on local ingredients and finding our farmers early on and found it to be the best strategy in our community. I had the good fortune to move from catering to a Bistro type cafe and then to a fine dining experience while honing lifetime skills and lifetime friendships. Following that, there was 8 years of Private Chef work that found me traveling and living in wonderful climates and fulfilling exacting food needs. In the last 5 years, I've created an Underground Dinner Club with 300 members that respond to menus and make reservations to eat together in unusual locations. My daughter and her family mean a lot to me and I look forward to time well -spent in many more kitchens.
