I am passionate about interpreting what a client wants to eat and translating that into reality.
I am a professional chef of 24 years. I attended culinary school at The Art Institute of Colorado. I have worked in places such as Amaterra Winery in Portland as well as Ai Fiori (Langham Hotel) in New York City.
I believe that a client knows what they want. Their Chef hasn't been able to translate it into reality.
