I’m an Italian chef with over 10 years of experience in high-end kitchens across Italy, France, and the U.S. I’ve trained and worked in some of the world’s most demanding culinary environments, including the Palace Hotel Les Airelles in Courchevel under Chef Pierre Gagnaire, and at La Bouitte, a three Michelin-starred restaurant in the French Alps. My style is rooted in Italian and Mediterranean traditions, combining seasonal ingredients with refined technique to create elegant, flavorful dishes that feel both luxurious and heartfelt.
