Chef with 15 years of experience in Michelin starred restaurants focused on New American and Seasonal Cuisine
I am a Professional Chef with 15 years experience cooking in New York City. I have worked for some of the top chefs in New York City. I started my career cooking on a wood fired oven, from there i worked for Michael White at his french Italian fine dining restaurant Vaucluse. After that i joined Daniel Bouluds team at Michelin Starred Cafe Boulud, rounding out my background in classic french Cuisine. From there i joined the opening team at Crown Shy where we earned one michelin star. From there i opened the restaurant SAGA which went on to earn two michelin stars its first year open. I then Returned to Crown Shy as executive sous chef and grew to the position of Chef De Cuisine, managing the team and honing my skills in Global Cuisine
