Hi, I am Chef Melu. I have over 20 years culinary experience. I also attended culinary school and have worked in some great establishments. I've served our vets in Mather, Ca and our seniors in Sacramento, Ca. I currently serve our young folks in crisis. I am inspired by my culture and upbringing. I fuse together my Cuban heritage with American and Middle Eastern influences. You can smell the spices.
