I am a professional chef with 20 years cooking around the U.S. in small mom and pop kitchens, big commercial franchises, you name it I've probably cooked it. I have a love for all things spice, my home spice collection is larger then most professional kitchens could ever dream of. I would say my strongest quality as a chef is my ability to pair flavors. I have a strong work ethic and I am a clean freak, but that doesn't mean I don't like to have some fun in the kitchen as well. Along with my love of cooking I am also an avid baker, I love making a good bread, cake, or sweet.
