Get to know me better
I have a passion for hospitality which is deeply rooted in my Spanish heritage. I crave to deliver an impressive experience.
I am a chef with 9 years of professional experience in a multitude of settings. I first started cooking at a young age with my grandmother in Spain, at the time she owned a restaurant. At 19 I started cooking professionally at restaurants in Boston and NYC. I was a part of restaurant openings alongside Michelin Star chefs, cooked in one the most demanding Michelin Star restaurants in NYC and eventually became a manager of the kitchen at Goldman Sachs feeding the executive team. I then made my transition to private dining. I have worked as a private chef for a multitude of UHNW clients in a full time and part time capacity. I was lucky to experience cooking all over the United States and Europe these past 2 years as a private chef, where I learned from the cuisine from the best local chefs. I especially enjoyed the South of France, which has influenced my cooking recently.
