I love inspiring community and comfort through local foods prepared with culinary excellence.

I have a 15-year career that has spanned a wide variety of food service environments from drive-ins to fine dining. In 2021, I co-founded a Seattle-based nonprofit preventing food waste to feed those in need. A couple years later, I began contracting for local kitchens and sports catering companies. I now specialize in high-volume catering with the Seattle Convention Center.
