I am a self taught chef, I am very fascinated about Mexican and French cuisine.

Throughout my culinary career in New York City, I have had the privilege of working in various kitchens, learning from a diverse range of chefs and cooks. This exposure has allowed me to develop my own unique culinary style, which fuses elements of my favorite cuisines: French, Mexican, with subtle influences from Korean and Nordic traditions. This distinctive blend of flavors and techniques has become the hallmark of my cooking.
