I am a professional chef with over 10 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, including more than 4 years specializing in private chef services. I began my career at the renowned Swiss hospitality school Les Roches, where I was hired as Sous Chef leading their Top Restaurant Program — managing operations while mentoring students, which deepened my industry knowledge early on.

I then built my professional career at Movenpick Hotel/Resort as Chef de Partie, while simultaneously serving as a guest chef at Crowne Plaza Hotel, managing restaurant operations, developing menus, and gaining hands-on experience across diverse kitchens. Today, I bring that same experience into private dining, doing what I love most: creating meals that bring genuine joy to the people I cook for. Alongside my culinary work, I'm currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science — a reminder that curiosity and craftsmanship go hand in hand.
