Get to know me better
Always trying to bring what I envision in my mind into the real world, or close to it.
I have been in the culinary industry for
over 16 years. I was trained in traditional
French cuisine, which started in high school. Since then, I worked my way up to becoming a Sous Chef and Sushi Chef (7years) at one of the top resorts, Cheeca Lodge & Spa, in the Florida Keys. The property featured 3 restaurants, Sushi, Italian, and Steak & Seafood. I also, would assist in managing the other two outlets. I love changing someone's perspective with my flavor combinations, mix of techniques and the overall delivery of my dishes. I am currently branching out into the Private Chef world.
