French Laundry-trained chef creating joyful, memorable dining moments through seasonal, globally-inspired flavors and beautiful presentation.

I fell in love with cooking through the joy it brings people — that moment when a dish lands and you see someone light up. I've been fortunate to train at some of the best kitchens in the country, including The French Laundry and stages at Per Se and Californios, and recently completed my Master's degree at the Culinary Institute of America. But what drives me most is creating experiences that feel both special and personal. My cooking is seasonal, globally-inspired, and always focused on flavor first. Whether it's an intimate dinner for two or a celebration with friends, I bring the same care and attention to every plate.
