Get to know me better
I am a highly experienced chef with 24 years experience all over the country. It is a thrill every time I get to share my passion.
I am a chef and restaurateur who has called Johnson City, TN home
since 2016. My culinary background was shaped in some exceptional
kitchens, including The Willows Inn on Lummi Island with Blaine
Wetzel; Luksus/Tørst in Brooklyn under Daniel Burns; Amass in
Copenhagen with Matt Orlando and Milton Abel; The Roosevelt and Dutch
& Co. in Richmond, VA; and Five & Ten and The National in Athens, GA,
where I served as sous chef for several years. I founded and recently
sold Timber! in Johnson City, to focus on private chef work
crafting unique hospitality experiences across the Southeast.
