My love for food began at a very young age. With have an Italian grandma and a Hispanic grandfather our family nights evolved around helping to prepare homemade pasta or Mexican fiestas. Being raised by a hard working single mom of three— and me being the oldest— it was my pleasure to make dinner as much as possible and have it ready when mom got home. I carried this passion for food with me while I obtained my degree at Great Lakes Culinary School. My first time stepping into a commercial kitchen at the age of 15 I was blown away and loved it. Now I find myself 21 years later still working the labor of love via the kitchen.

I specialize in Italian, Mexican, American, Greek and Asian cuisine.

But I love learning new things and am open to trying any kind of meal you wish me to make.
