Nicole is a professional chef with over 15 years experience in the restaurant/catering business and a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. She was featured on Food Networks “Chopped” in 2013 and won her episode. She’s also been featured on The Central Penn Business Journal, Susquehanna Style Magazine and Beyond Celiac.
