Nicot was wonderful. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Besides making an excellent meal, he set a nice table for us, told us about each course, answered our many questions and we had nice conversations. The best part about having a chef is being waited on and NO CLEANUP! Thank you for making our anniversary so special!

Nicot was such a joy to have around and work with. We had various guests over a few weeks and he catered perfectly to all of their tastes and requirements. Nicot is creative, thoughtful, cheerful and loves what he does. His ingredients are fresh and best quality. He is very tidy and leaves the kitchen spotless. I honestly can’t recommend him high enough…ten out of ten.

Chef Nicot is an incredibly talented chef. He prepared a phenomenal dinner for 11 people for my mother’s 70th birthday. The food was absolutely amazing. I appreciated how all his dishes were unique. I told him how my mother loved Japanese food and he prepared two lovely curries to top steamed mahi mahi, which was the best curry I have ever had. The steaks, vegetables, and appetizers were equally just as amazing. Every single person raved about the meal.

We loved Chef Nicot - the menu was exquisite and the food was more tasty than anything I have had on the island. A special experience that we have recommended to friends!
