I am a professional french chef with 3 years of experience. I'm young but really passionate in this job. I love sharing my passion. I am really perfectionist and creative person and what I love the most in my job is the the smile in the face of the guest . I traduce my job by making people happy with good food. Every detail of the menu is important for to the first impression of the meal until the last spoon of sweetness! I'm able to cook for you a lot different think for different cultures because I'd travel a lot from France by plane and in a sailboat I enjoyed it so much that I make a YouTube channel about my trip and how to cook in a sailboat easily! I've work 3 years in France in gastronomic restaurant as a pasty chef but I learned a lot about all kind of dish and the bases of how to create appetizers, starter , main courses and deserts ! Sharing with you my passion and culture would be a pleasure for me!
