I studied at The International Culinary School @ Art Institute of California- Los Ángeles and graduated in 2011. I have been cooking in So Cal for the last six years working in such areas as Malibu, Santa Monica, Downtown LA, and Century City. Just recently I moved up to Bakersfield with my partner of 5 years and am currently working at Bakersfields premier 4 diamond hotel, The Padre Hotel. I have experience in Butchery, fresh pasta, vegetable cookery, fish cookery, Meat cookery, etc.
