Private chef and owner of Silver Spoon Events, Paul has worked under and alongside some extraordinary chefs, from Miami’s own Michelle Bernstein (Azul), to Morimoto and Eric Ripert (Le Bernardin). Formerly, a chef from Zuma, Mandarin Oriental, & the famed Versace Mansion, Paul has crafted his skill as a versatile chef who has transitioned from restaurants to an exclusive private clientele.

Paul's love of food began at the young age of 15. Growing up in Detroit, the son of two public school teachers, he submerged himself in the industry, working in restaurants, hotels, and private clubs as a way to gain as much experience as possible. Paul moved to Miami to pursue that dream and graduated culinary school from Johnson & Wales University.

After training in Europe and working in some of the top restaurants, Paul established his own company and decided to focus solely on a HNW private clientele. Since working as a private chef, Paul has had the opportunity to cook for many celebrities, politicians, and sports personalities both in the USA and overseas. The creative freedom of private work has been fundamental to Paul’s growth and creative innovation as a chef. He most enjoys offering private dining experiences at people’s homes and unique venues, as well as providing interactive cooking classes.

As an Ironman finisher and an avid health and fitness aficionado, Paul understands the importance of giving the body the fuel it needs through a balanced organic diet and smart targeted nutrition. He takes immense pride in the food he puts on people's plates, accommodating clients tastes while always trying to integrate fresh organic and local ingredients.
