I have over 20 years experience in the Food and Hospitality field; with more than 18 years management/operations/and private chef experience and I am well versed in related areas and able to adapt.
I have considerable experience with working with families of all sizes and menus. My knowledge is broad in cuisine and technique. I work well with people and enjoy getting the work at hand completed. I currently work for local families, Dietitians, Nutritionists and Physicians to offer the best menu options for their clients.
