I’m originally from Málaga, in Andalucía, Spain, and I’ve been living in Miami long time now.
My cuisine is still rooted in the Mediterranean, but living in Florida has allowed me to create a wonderful and blend of flavors working with all kind of cultures :)
I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Michelin-starred chefs, learning a great deal from them and building my career in some of the city’s finest restaurants. I’ve also had the opportunity to work for multiple families and high-profile personalities, both on private yachts and in their homes. I’m hardworking, passionate, and I truly enjoy getting along with everyone I work with.
