I’m a kind of chef who tries to cook good food but at the same time healthy. Committed to the environment.
Chef with 11 year of experience. Since then I have been through many kitchens. I have always stood out for my creative side. I like to create tasty dishes and at the same time make a healthy adaptation. During my 4 years at Jubany Events (Nando Jubany 1*Michelin) I was dedicated to adapting and creating menus for people with special diets, among other functions. Extensive knowledge of international and Mediterranean food. Graduate in diet-therapy and therapeutic cusine.
