I was born and raised in Hawaii cooking for over 40 years. Went thru a chefs apprentice program where I graduated in Honolulu . Worked in a Seattle hotel after graduating for several years ,then coming back home to Hawaii where I made the island of Kauai my home where I still enjoy cooking professionally as well as at home.
